  • Hi Thierry,

do you have a bit more debug infos? I'm not familar with mutt, does it have a logfile and is it enabled?
Under which userid is svxlink running, e.g. svxlink:users ? Can you try to send an eMail as the same user like svxlink does using mutt with the same options:

    mutt -s "Subject" destination@email.fr -e "set from="your_from@address.fr"" -e "set realname="from_name"" "your message"

There are some points that can make trouble, e.g. some providers doesn't accept eMails with an IP-address that doesn't fit into her own network.
On some systems only root can change their own email-sender-address. Did you received any messages on your system (in /var/spool/mail/$username)?

  • Hello Ady,

And very thank's for your respond...

In my Raspberry Pi i have : the root user and the pi user, the SVXLINK program is on "pi" user

I test yout Mutt command :

    mutt -s "Subject" f4fpq@free.fr -e "set from="f4fpq.link@free.fr"" -e "set realname="F4FPQ.LINK"" "your message"

    i have in "To" f4fpq@free.fr, yourmessage@raspberrypi ...?

And a error message when i send the mail :

"SMTP session failed: 504 5.5.2 <yourmessage@raspberrypi>: Recipient address reje"

But when i test this command

    mutt -s "Subject" f4fpq@free.fr -e "set from="f4fpq.link@free.fr"" -e "set realname="F4FPQ.LINK""

i have just in "To" f4fpq@free.fr

And no problem with the smtp server of free, i receive the mail ....

    Thank's Thierry
